Blue Cross Centre

Completed in 2010, the Blue Cross Centre includes a LEED® Silver certified office facility and a 1,195-stall, three-level parking garage. The ten story, 316,000 SF building is a build-to-suit facility leased to BCBSNE, capable of accommodating over 1,200 plus employees. Workstations are connected to an integrated network infrastructure system; data storage and mainframe computing is housed in the nearby Scott Technology Center and is connected by redundant “dark fiber” routing. Employee amenities include a wellness center with an aerobic studio and complete shower facilities, plus a full-service cafeteria that can accommodate up to 170 employees. The cafeteria includes a commercial kitchen, scattered serving lines and available private dining.
