Innovation Commons was the first set of buildings developed and constructed on Nebraska Innovation Campus (NIC). A new 65,000 SF, state-of-the-art office building is linked to the historic 4H building, which was renovated and is home to the NIC Conference Center and Nebraska Innovation Studio. The 400-person conference center includes a banquet hall and 8 breakout rooms.
