Construction of this 80,000 SF mixed-use building represents the beginning of Phase II of development at Nebraska Innovation Campus. Located northeast of the corner of 21st Street and Transformation Drive, the $18 million building will be three stories and is being designed with an open concept to quickly adapt to the future needs of tenants in the facility.
