OUR FUNDS

Following the initial equity closing in December 2018, Goldenrod Capital Partners II, LP (“Fund II”) closed its equity investment period by January 2020. Similarly to Fund I, the final investment asset was identified six months later, with a total of 13 assets. Fund II has a slightly higher allocation to development assets as our pipeline of projects continued to grow. By 2022 the final development project was completed and the fund continues to mature and increase in value.
