OUR FUNDS

Goldenrod Capital Partners III, LP (“Fund III”) closed its equity investment period in February 2022 following an 18-month fundraising window. To-date, we have identified more than 16 quality investments, diversified by geographic location, asset type, and delivery method. A few opportunistic sales have bolstered immediate fund value, while a blend of core developments and acquisitions look to create long-term value.
